No more than seventeen lines of code, sitting on a flash drive. Stored between a jpeg of a large breasted Japanese woman and the save data for a flash rpg about beating up women.
If the code was inserted into a website's code, it would eventually being down the entire internet, at least as much of it not unplugged in time. Self-replicating, practically impossible to stop, it would infect, spread, then shut the computer down, nothing but a total wipe would fix it.
It was uploaded three months ago. But thankfully it was uploaded with the spelling mistakes not spotted.
