While I wasn’t trained specifically for this, I was well trained enough that it shouldn’t have happened.

After all, if you don’t learn how to avoid the meaningless distractions and focus on the important stuff like where the exits are, possible sniper locations and how stupid the target is being, at best you may end up getting killed.

Or even worse, the target might get hurt.
