I apologise for the lack of adherence to the rules that you have laid out. I assume I must have broken them at some point, but in my defence, there were so many possible rulesets and you didn't make it easy to spot the right one, no offense.
However, assuming you are a deity that is supposedly full of mercy and kindness, I humbly but urgently request some of that, preferably in the form of some sort of troop surge or bombing raid.
