It was a secret passed down by the teenagers of the town to kids as they got old enough to be coolish. The empty lot behind the strip mall, next to the farming supply warehouse, it had a sudden drop at the back where teenagers could do 'stuff' without being seen.
Once I got old enough, I asked around and had my suspicious confirmed, that the adults knew about it, and let it slide, that they liked knowing where teenagers were without having to watch them, and that the hospital was nearby.
And that my cameras weren't known about either.
