Farm Boy

I didn't want to be the bad guy.

I set out to defend my family, my village, my people, from the threat that loomed over everyone. I knew it was a doomed task, but I was to be dead either way, and this way I could live with myself.

But then I got the chance to give up a little humanity for power, and to fight a greater evil, when I'd be dead anyway, why wouldn't I take it?

Then a little more, more, more, and now the threat is dealt with.

And they say I'm evil? I'll show them!
