The idea that The Service refuses to acknowledge or address mistakes is laughable. The Service fully understands and appreciates that due to changing circumstances, incorrect data management, or even occasional plain old human error, there may well be instances where the data we have is not accurate. The Service takes these issues very seriously, which us why The Service has the Data Realignment Protocol. If you, or anyone you know, is misaligned with the data The Service has, please notify the DRP promptly, and they will work quickly to make sure the misalignment is rectified in line with the Data.
