First Day Orientation

As I was filling in the payroll paperwork, I glanced over at the nurse who had been assigned to me.

"So all these crazy people-"

"Our patients have mental illnesses."

"Well, have you ever thought maybe they might not be, well, not have a mental illness?"

She looked uncomfortable.

"There's this one patient. He's been here just a few weeks, says he's actually a secret agent. He's very persuasive, but the drugs keep him calm."

"Huh. Well see that's the sort of thing I'm interested in, you'll get paid every week, just let me know if he tries to escape."
